Publications on the disputeInfo site
Documents on this site are provided in Portable Document Format (PDF).
To open PDF documents, you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download this for free from the Adobe website.

What is a PDF file?
A Portable Document Format (pdf) file is a self contained cross-platform document. In plain language, it is a file that will look the same on the screen and in print, regardless of what kind of computer or printer someone is using and regardless of what software package was originally used to create it.

Although they contain the complete formatting of the original document, including fonts and images, PDF files are highly compressed, allowing complex to be downloaded efficiently.

Using PDF files
Once the Acrobat Reader software is properly installed, you just need to link to a .pdf file and it will be loaded for viewing on your computer.

When printing PDF files from within your web browser, do not use the web browser print facility. Instead, use the print button at the left end of the special Adobe Acrobat tool bar which appears immediately above the viewing window.

Searching and browsing this site
There are a variety of pathways to the information you seek.

The link to the search facility is provided at the top of each page of this site.

The home page presents a collapsible menu on the left hand side. Clicking on a particular item in the menu enables you to "drill down" even further, into a second level, and if relevant, a third level category of related pages and information.

On the right hand side of the home page you will find another list of links that allow you access the various issues available in the "Step Through Your Issue" interactive module. Once you have opened an issue, you will find, as you click through the pages, that these pages have a slightly different look and feel to the rest of the site.

It should be noted that menus and links provide a representative set of the most commonly used links for this site. If you need a complete listing of all pages currently published on this site you can see this by clicking on the Sitemap link located at the top of each page of this site.
