Indigenous Cadetship Program

The Department of Justice Indigenous Cadetship Program aims to link Indigenous tertiary students with justice employers in a cadetship arrangement involving full-time study and work experience placements.

The program is supported by funding from the Commonwealth Government under its National Indigenous Cadetship Project, administered by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.

The Department of Justice will offer a number of cadetships at any one time. Eligibility criteria and guidelines are available upon request.
