Justice Warns of Gaming and Fire Dangers

Victorians are warned of the dangers of bushfires during summer and problem gambling in the latest issue of Justice Review.

The latest issue features stories about the launch of the Summer Fire Campaign, which prompts Victorians to be aware of bushfire risk - complete a bushfire survival plan and take personal responsibility for their own safety.

The cross-government campaign, which began in mid-November with the launch of Fire Action Week, is driven by the Department of Justice and overseen by Victoria’s Fire Services Commissioner, Craig Lapsley.

Gambling awareness is a priority for the government and Justice Review looks at the launch of Victoria’s latest problem gambling TV advertisement, which asks online gamblers to question their behaviour and to seek help if it’s getting out of control.
