Surveillance Devices Act Reports 2006-2007

These two reports for the 2006-2007 reporting period of the Office of the Special Investigations Monitor pursuant to Section 30Q of the Surveillance Devices Act. 

The Surveillance Devices Act 1999 regulates the use of surveillance devices in the State of Victoria making provision for warrants and emergency authorisation permitting the installation, use, maintenance and recovery of surveillance devices by four State law enforcement agencies.
