Mobile Justice Service Centres Advice, help and justice, wherever you need it

On 21 May 2010, former Attorney General Rob Hulls and the Department of Justice Secretary Penny Armytage launched three new Mobile Justice Service Centre vehicles. The rollout of these specially designed vehicles is an exciting initiative which ensures justice services can be accessed by all Victorians, including those living outside major regional centres.

Each vehicle is equipped as a mobile office with information areas and private conference rooms. The vehicles will travel to all parts of Victoria and through advanced technology link up to the justice community.

The vehicles will be utilised by:

  • Sheriff’s Operations
  • Consumer Affairs Victoria
  • Regional Aboriginal Justice Advisory Committee
  • Responsible Alcohol Victoria
  • Victims Support
  • Births, Deaths and Marriages
  • Community Corrections
  • Appropriate Dispute Resolution
  • Problem Gambling Services.

More details on each vehicle's travel schedule will be available shortly..
