Research Ethics Completion Form

On finalisation of the project the Research Ethics Completion form must be completed and signed by the principal researcher. Where available a copy of the research findings should be provided.

Principal researchers must provide a one page summary of the project with the submission of the completion report and the summary is to be distributed to all participants where possible.
