Accessibility and Gambling Problems Amongst Gaming Venue Staff

This study was funded through the Submission Based Grants System for Gambling Research.

The report was released in July 2009 and tests the link between accessibility to gambling in terms of gambling behaviour and the prevalence of problem gambling amongst Victorian gaming venue staff.

This research involved an extensive literature review of Australian and international studies, as well as a survey of staff working in all Victorian hotels and clubs, and telephone interviews with survey respondents.
