Corrections Victoria - Strategic Priorities 2010-11

The Corrections Victoria (CV) Strategic Priorities for 2010-11 responds to the current challenges faced by the unit and maps out a way to meet and overcome these challenges for the year.

The goal of the plan is to meet the demands and expectations of government and community, and to support the strategic priorities of the Department of Justice.

There are four identified goals for this year:

1. Reducing reoffending
2. Managing demand
3. Managing risk
4. Delivering value and excellence
