Corrections Victoria Research Strategy and Agenda 2009-2012
Launched on 5 March 2009, The Corrections Victoria Research Strategy and Agenda 2009-2012 was the first of its kind for Corrections Victoria, and reflects the growing importance of research within our organisation and our commitment to evidence-based policy development.
This initiative will:
- promote research within our organisation
- ensure research efforts support the achievement of Corrections Victoria’s strategic priorities
- yield findings that are useful at both policy and operational levels.
While the Research Agenda includes topics to be commissioned externally or explored by Corrections Victoria staff, it is also a valuable resource for the broader external research community, covering areas suitable for independent researchers and students.
