Code of Conduct for Justices of the Peace in Victoria

The new Code of Conduct for Justices of the Peace in Victoria provides concise statements around the expectations of Justices of the Peace in terms of their conduct and integrity, knowledge and competency, conflicts of interest, and requirements about notifications to the Department of Justice.

The new code will ensure that Justices of the Peace continue to provide an independent, impartial, reliable and modern service to the Victorian Community.
