Call for submissions - Settlement Agreement Templates

The Department of Justice has released exposure drafts of the Land Use Activity Agreement Template, and the Indigenous Land Use Agreement Template, for comment. This material can be downloaded via the links below.

A Land Use Activity Agreement is made under Part 4 of the Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010 (Victoria). An Indigenous Land Use Agreement is made under the Native Title Act 1993 (Commonwealth).

You are invited to make a submission regarding these Templates. Submissions should be sent to the Manager of the Native Title Unit via the contact details below and received by the close of business on Friday 3 February 2012.
