Land Use Activity Policy - Table of Activities
A Land Use Activity Policy has been developed to direct Land Use Activity Agreements under the Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010. Whilst the details of each agreement will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, the parameters are already established under this policy, including which activities require notification, negotiation or agreement. Details of these activities are set out in the attached table.
The first Land Use Activity Agreement under the Act is not expected to commence until 2012.
