Dja Dja Wurrung Land Use Activity Agreement

The Dja Dja Wurrung Land Use Activity Agreement (LUAA) came into effect on 25 October 2013, the first business day after the registration of the Indigenous Land Use Agreement with the National Native Title Tribunal. 

The LUAA includes draft ministerial directions as to ‘advisory activities’ at Schedule 5 (see below).
