Through our Koori Employment and Career Strategy, we are building engagement and trust with the Koori community by developing a workforce that is representative of the community it serves. Our Koori Employment and Career Strategy enables us to deliver our commitments under our Koori Inclusion Action Plan and Koori Cultural Respect Framework by attracting, developing and retaining Koori talent in a range of positions across all grades, divisions and business units and achieving a 2.5 per cent Koori workforce.
