Your Obligations
In this section, you will find information about the obligations of:
- a person who is required to apply for a WWC Check
- a person who holds a current WWC Check card
- an employer, agency or volunteer organisation that engages people in ‘child-related work’.
It is important that you read this information: you may be subject to criminal penalties if you do not comply with your obligations under the Working with Children Act 2005.
