Comment on Gambling Regulation Amendment (Fees) Regulations
The State Government is inviting industry, stakeholders and the community to provide feedback on the Gambling Regulation Amendment (Fees) Regulations.
The objectives of these proposed Regulations are to prescribe the fees and costs for the purposes of transfers of gaming machine entitlements and forfeiture of gaming machine entitlements to the State under the 2012 venue operator arrangements.
