Human Resources

Human Resources (HR) is the area of the Department of Justice responsible for maintaining productive and harmonious employee relations, and developing HR strategies. It also contributes to performance improvement by providing cost-effective training to staff, and monitoring how merit and equity principles are applied. HR manages employee entitlements and administers conditions of employment.
