Justice Scholarships for Tertiary Students from Refugee Communities

The Scholarship program is a key strategy of the new Cultural Diversity Plan 2009-11.  The Department of Justice is offering the following scholarships, for the 2009-2010 academic years, to students from refugee communities undertaking Justice related tertiary study: 

• one major scholarship ($10,000 pa for 2 years)
• three minor scholarships ($5,000 pa for 2 years). 

Applications for the Scholarships must be made on the official Application form.  For further information please contact James Morrissey on 9094 2667 or email scholarships@justice.vic.gov.au.

Applications close 5.00pm, 5 July 2009.
