Guide to Liquor Licensing in Victoria

Victoria’s liquor laws are focussed on minimising harm from misuse and abuse of alcohol in the community through controlling how, where and when liquor is made available. These liquor laws are underpinned by offence provisions addressing issues such as underage drinking, drunkenness, anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood amenity.
