Pre-Retail Licence Application Form
A Pre-Retail Licence authorises the licensee to supply liquor at any time and on any premises:
- to a person licensed under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998
- to a person licensed to sell or supply liquor under a law of another state or territory if the liquor is to be consumed outside Victoria
- to a person for the purpose of exporting the liquor supplied out of Australia.
