Fake ID - What Do I Do Now?
Licensees can be charged for allowing a minor on their licensed premises or supplying alcohol to them.
A licensee or employee may seize an evidence of age document (other than a drivers licence) if they reasonably believe that:
- the person is not the person to whom it was issued
- the document contains fake or misleading information about the person's name or age
- the document has been forged or fraudulently altered.
