Renewal Application Form

Every year in December, the Office of State Revenue posts an Annual Renewal Notice to current licensees at the last postal address provided. It is the responsibility of the licensee to contact Responsible Alcohol Victoria to notify them if they have moved or have not received the Annual Renewal Notice.

The renewal fee is due on 1 January annually.

If a licensee does not pay their renewal fee they are not permitted to supply alcohol. The licensee can however pay their renewal fee any time up until 30 June to reactivate their licence. After 30 June, only the owner, mortgagee or other affected person can apply to have the licence renewed. The applicant must be entitled to possession of the licensed premises, apply by 30 September and use the Application for Renewal by Owner, Mortgagee or Other Affected Person form below.
