Intervention Order Statistics 1998-99 - 2002-03 Part 2: Magistrates' and Children's Courts of Victoria

This report presents statistics on complaints for intervention orders that were finalised in the Magistrates' Court and Children's Court over the 1998-99 - 2002-03 period. It includes data on:

• the outcomes of complaints
• ages and sexes of aggrieved persons and defendants
• charges for breach of an intervention order.
