2009-10 Graffiti Grants Application Form

Applications for the 2009-10 Graffiti Clean-up Community Grants opened on Monday 17 August 2009.

Applications must be made using the Application Form attached below.  Download the document and complete the Application Form offline.

Only applications from Victorian local councils will be accepted.  Individuals and groups interested in delivering a graffiti clean-up project should contact their local council (see the right-hand menus for the council contacts link).

Councils may submit applications for multiple projects, but each project must have its own application form.

Completed Application Forms will only be accepted in MS Word format and in 11pt Times New Roman.  Application Forms in Adobe PDF will not be accepted.

Submitting your application

• Email an electronic version of the completed Application Form and attachments to graffiti@justice.vic.gov.au no later than 2:00pm Friday 9 October 2009. 
• Post four (4) hard copies of the Application Form and all attachments, which must be postmarked no later than Friday 9 October 2009, to:

NB. The email and hardcopy versions of the Application Form and attachments should have all the same documents except for those items which cannot be scanned and saved as a document.  In these cases, you should clearly note that the email and hardcopy versions differ and in what way/s.
