2009-10 Graffiti Grants Program Guidelines and Example Draft Agreement

Program Guidelines

This document outlines the funding guidelines for the 2009–10 Graffiti Clean-up Community Grants. You cannot complete an Application Form without reading the Program Guidelines.

The Program Guidelines were updated on 28 August 2009 to reflect a confirmed date for the Information Session (Thursday 17 September 2009) and extension of the closing date for applications to Friday 9 October 2009.

The Program Guidelines will provide you with the following information:

• the aims and objectives of the grants program
• what will be expected of you as a grant recipient
• how to determine the eligibility of your proposed project (if you have any questions about the eligibility of your proposed project, please see the Questions? Section below for contact details)
• how to gauge the scope of your graffiti problem and the practicality of your proposed solution
• the type of information you need to gather and issues you need to address as you develop your project

Example Funding Agreement

This is an example of the document the Department of Justice will use to execute funding agreements with local councils.
