Auctions

The Department of Justice seizes goods under warrants in relation to items obtained through criminal activity or bought with money gained from crime. Regular auctions are held to dispose of these goods.

As of June 2008 all goods seized under a Sheriff's warrant and forfeited goods pursuant to the Confiscation Act 1997 are sold via public auction as follows:
