Application for Payment Order Form

Contact the Infringements Court (formerly known as the PERIN Court) on  03 9200 8222, before the amount on the Notice of Enforcement Order is due, to apply for further time to pay the fine or to pay the fine by instalments.

This form is the 'Application for Payment Order' in relation to unpaid Infringements Court  Fines. In order to complete the form, you will need information about your employment/income details, benefit details and fortnightly expenses among other things.
