Community Benefits Statement - Ministerial Order
On 17 March 2008, the Minister for Gaming made the order that sets out what clubs can claim as community benefit in a community benefit statement.
The Ministerial order came into effect on 1 July 2008. An information sheet for clubs has been developed.
