Submissions M to P to the Review of Community Benefit Statements

In 2002, the Victorian Government introduced a requirement that gaming venue operators lodge with the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation an annual community benefit statement.

Community benefit statements: A new direction outlines the government's reforms to community benefit statements. It also sets out a draft Ministerial order on what will be claimable as a community benefit under the new arrangements.

Interested parties within the community were invited to submit their comments on the draft order to the Executive Director Gaming and Racing.
