Bookmakers

From 1 January 2009, responsibility for bookmaker registrations and other bookmaking related matters has been transferred to the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation (VCGR) following amendments to the Racing Act 1958 and the Gambling Regulation Act 2003.

As a result of legislative amendments, all future inquiries regarding bookmaker registrations will need to be directed to the VCGR at the following contacts:
