Racing Industry Consultancy Terms of Reference
The Victorian racing industry is comprised of three racing codes each with a separate controlling body.In the next decade the racing industry is facing challenges and opportunities that are unprecedented in its history. The government is concerned to ensure that the industry is well positioned to respond cohesively and effectively to these challenges.
The purpose of this consultancy is to identify the challenges and to provide the government and, in turn, the industry with an independent assessment of the industry's capacity to respond effectively to those challenges.
