Racing Industry Development Program
The Racing Industry Development Program (RIDP) provides financial support to racing controlling bodies for capital developments and improvements at non-metropolitan racing and training venues, and non-capital projects that are designed to stimulate racing industry growth and development.
Available funds
An Annual State Budget allocation of $9.3 million for 2007-08 has been committed and is being administered by the Minster for Racing and managed through the Office of Gaming and Racing in the Department of Justice.
