Review of Victorian Racing Industry
This report resulted from a review of the Victorian racing industry that was commissioned by the Department of Justice and conducted by Ernst & Young.
It is intended that the report provides the basis for discussion and debate within the industry, and assists with future industry and Victorian Government strategic planning.
Major issues covered by the report include:
- the health of the Victorian Racing Industry
- structure and governance of Victorian Racing Industry entities
- the wagering licence
- the globalisation of racing
- the broadcasting of racing product.
