| A: | As at 1 June 2008, the Australian Bureau of Statistics reported there were 7,703 offenders on Community Corrections orders. |

| A: | The Victorian Community-based Corrections offender rate was 190.3 per 100,000 of adult population on 1 June 2008 (based on the Australian Bureau of Statistics report of 7,703 offenders on Community Corrections orders as at 1 June 2008). |
