Getting there - car
Fulham Correctional Centre (FCC) is located in the township of Fulham near West Sale, approximately 2.5 hours east of Melbourne.
From Melbourne continue along the Princes Highway Eastbound and follow the signs to Warragul and Sale. When you reach the town of Fulham, Hopkins Road is to the right.
Getting there - public transport and taxi services
The city of Sale is located approximately 11km east of the FCC. There is no regular bus service between Melbourne and Sale that is suitable for visitors. Train travel is available through V-Line - bookings/enquiries, tel: 136 196 and transport to the Centre via the Sale Taxi Service, tel: 5144 3278.
On weekends and public holidays, visitors to the FCC are able to utilise the services of the Sale Taxi Service's 8 seater bus which meets the train. At approximately 4.00pm, upon closure of the Visits Centre, the taxi service departs the Centre to transport the visitors back to the railway station. The cost is subsidised at $5 for the return trip. There are no other pick-up points and the service is only for valid V-Line ticket holders travelling between the station and the FCC.
