Comment on Sheriff Regulations 2009
The Department of Justice is inviting industry, stakeholders and the community to provide feedback on the proposed Sheriff Regulations 2009.
The objectives of the proposed regulations are to recover from fees an equitable portion of the costs of efficiently providing Sheriff’s services under the Sheriff Regulations 2009.

The closing date for comment on the proposed regulations is Friday 4th September 2009.
