Multilingual Publications from the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria
The Department of Justice is committed to making it easier for people from Victoria's culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities to use dispute resolution services. The department has more than 200 sessional mediators located all over Victoria.
Many of the mediators working for the department are from diverse cultural backgrounds, including Albanian, Argentinean, Cambodian, Chinese, Chilean, Croatian, Filipino, Greek, Horn of Africa communities, Jewish, Iranian, Italian, Polish, Macedonian, Maori, Spanish, Tongan, Turkish, Ugandan, Vietnamese and Zambian.
The Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (DSCV) also publishes information sheets and brochures in over 21 different languages.

Our services
There are many kinds of problems the DSCV can help you with, from a dispute with a neighbour over fences, animals, noise or parking, to workplace issues, family conflicts, and arguments with clubs or organisations.
We can also give you information on resolving disputes, tips on what our mediation service involves, training in mediation, and advice on making bookings for our services.
