Mediation Room Hire

Rooms are provided at no cost when you attend a mediation arranged by the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (DSCV). The purpose-built, fully equipped mediation rooms are located at the DSCV office in Lonsdale Street in Melbourne, and are available for full or half day hire. Private discussion rooms are also available. The rooms are also available for private mediators.

Please do not send a room hire agreement before filling out a booking request form. The DSCV will confirm your room hire agreement with you before you send in the hire agreement.

What are the costs, if any?	There is no fee for facilities when mediations are conducted by the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria. For other costs please refer to the Room Hire Agreement.
What are the key dates or times?	Call the DSCV to discuss suitable dates, the number of people involved and the facilities required so that the appropriate rooms can be booked. A Hirer’s Agreement will be sent out or you can download it from this site. It is the responsibility of the hirer to make payment (if necessary) to DSCV.
