Honorary Justice Office - Complaints Policy and Procedure

Complaints made against Bail Justices or Justices of the Peace (collectively referred to as Honorary Justices) are treated seriously by the Department of Justice. Any person wishing to raise a complaint about an Honorary Justice is encouraged to read the Honorary Justice Office Complaints Policy and Procedure documents. These documents outline how the Department of Justice manages the complaint process.
