Restorative Justice Background and Discussion Paper

This paper provides background material to provide an understanding of restorative justice concepts. It has been prepared following a literature review of Australian and international publications on restorative justice and consultation with the Community Liaison Committe, the Neighbourhood Justice Centre Steering Committee, and Department of Justice staff.
