Victims' Charter Community Consultation Paper
The Victims’ Charter Community Consultation Paper was released on 14 September 2005. Its aim was to give a voice to victims of crime, service providers and the broader community about whether there was a need for a Victims’ Charter in Victoria and if so, what such a charter should include and how it could be put into effect. To help inform debate, this paper presented some of the key issues to be addressed and drew on experiences by other jurisdictions interstate and overseas.
