Written Submission to the Adult Parole Board

If you are registered on the Victims Register, you can use this form to convey your views and opinions to the Adult Parole Board about a prisoner's planned release. You will need to print out the form, sign it, and submit it to the Victims Registrar.

The information you provide on this form will be used to assist the Adult Parole Board when considering the parole of the prisoner for whom you are registered.
