Steering Committee Framework Report and Related Documents

This page contains a copy of the final report of the Steering Committee for the Development of a Victorian Native Title Settlement Framework. The report was submitted to Government for its consideration in December 2008 and endorsed by the Victorian Traditional Owner Land Justice Group in February 2009.

Also below is the media release issued by the Government announcing its decision to endorse the Victorian Native Title Settlement Framework as the Government's preferred method for negotiating Victorian native title settlements, subject to Commonwealth funding support.
