| A: | Generally, WWC Check cards are issued 2-3 weeks after an Assessment Notice has been given. |
| Q: | How do I get a replacement WWC Check card? |
| A: | If you require a replacement WWC Check card, for example if your card is lost or damaged, download and complete the Replacement Card form. |
| Q: | How do I change my personal details? |
| A: | To update your address, contact phone number or employer/organisation details, download and complete the Change of Personal Details form. |
| Q: | Does the Employee application fee include GST? |
| A: | No, the fee is GST exempt. |
