What's involved in our application process and how best to prepare
If you haven't already, we encourage you to read:
How to apply
The recruitment process starts when you submit an online application.
Addressing key selection criteria in your application
You do not need to submit a document addressing all of the key selection criteria responses as part of your application.
We’re more interested in hearing about what motivated you to apply for the role and what skills and capabilities you can bring to the role.
We do encourage all candidates to familiarise themselves with the position description and the key responsibilities.
Your application cannot be changed once submitted
Once you have submitted your application, you cannot make any edits. If your personal details or circumstances change, please inform us as soon as possible at yjcsrecruitment@justice.vic.gov.au (External link)
Relocation allowance
For candidates who are interested in moving close to our Malmsbury facility in regional Victoria, we offer $10,000 to help meet relocation expenses. Check out your eligibility when you submit your application.
Recruitment process
After applications close, the recruitment process usually takes up to 15 weeks to complete before employment offers are made in line with Foundational training start dates.
